Homestay possibilities in the village of Jutta

The village of Jutta is one of the remotest and highest (alt. 2150 m.) villages in the region. This scenic little village is a pearl for the ones that adore quietness and like to experience the local cow- and sheepherders families way of life that has changed only very little across the centuries. Jutta is also the gateway to the local climbers’ paradise: the Chaukhi mountains. There is no public transport, it takes 40 minutes drive from Stepantsminda to reach the village. At the time we visited the homestays in Jutta, he village didn’t have any phone coverage. That’s why there are no phone numbers listed, ask the locals! But try to remember the first name of your host—because the surname for all the people from Jutta is the same: Arabuli.
